1. Securing Your Spot
   • To invite your familiar into being, payment is due in full upfront. This ensures your piece receives focused, undisturbed magick from the moment it is claimed.
   • Once your spot is held, it is yours alone—blocking it may mean another familiar must wait for their turn.
2. Time & Flow of magick
   • Each piece has its own rhythm, influenced by:
   • The chosen medium (traditional, digital, or mixed)
   • The intricacy of your familiar’s design
   • Special materials or components that may need to be gathered
   • The number of other familiars currently awaiting their portraits
   • I will share an estimated timeline, but remember: art and magick cannot be hurried. Patience is part of the spell.
3. Revisions & the Dance of Creation
   • I do not offer revisions once the artwork has begun. I let the magick unfold as it wills.
   • If you wish for adjustments, please share them during our consultation and idea-drafting phase, before the first brushstroke or line is laid.
   • Once the work begins and payment is received, all sales are final.
   • I will gladly provide updates and sneak peeks along the way! Do note that I am a night owl, and sometimes your messages may arrive late in the evening… or very late indeed. If you prefer quiet nights, it is wise to mute notifications after your chosen hour.
4. Sharing Your Familiar’s Story
   • Your familiar has a story, and I may share it during sneak peeks or the grand reveal of their portrait on my pages and website.
   • Tales of shelter beginnings, street-found adventures or little quirks and personality threads can add warmth, spirit and life to their portrait.
   • Sharing is optional, but it deepens the connection—and my followers love to meet these magickal companions too!
5. The magick of Ownership
   • All creations, artworks, and magickal workings conjured here remain the property of The Whisker Witch.
   • I may share your familiar’s portrait in but not limited to:
   • My portfolio
   • Website
   • Social media
   • Advertisements
   • No one else may use these works for personal gain, resale, copying, or commercial purposes without express written permission and a terms-of-use fee.
6. Cancellation & Commitment
   • Once payment is made, the sale is final.
   • Your spot is now held in the magickal queue, which may prevent another familiar from claiming it, if spots are limited.
7. Delivery of Your Familiar’s Portrait
   • Finished work will be delivered according to the agreed timeline, digitally or by post.
   • For physical pieces, tracking and insurance is included in the shipping fee, as magickal energy does not always protect parcels from the mundane world.
8. Our Shared Journey
   • Commissioning a piece with me is a collaboration of spirit, magick, and story. Please provide clear references, communicate with kindness, and allow the creative energies to flow.
   • I reserve the right to decline any requests that do not align with my style, values, or magickal boundaries.
